COVERAGE DESIGNED TO PROTECT YOU FROM EXPOSURES
SPECIFIC TO SPORTING GOOD OPERATIONS
Outlined below are the coverage options included in our Sporting Goods Insurance program. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about the coverage options below.
COMMERCIAL PROPERTY: BUILDING, CONTENTS, EQUIPMENT & STOCK
Damage to or loss of your business's physical assets 'the building, contents, equipment and stock' can stem from a range of risks: fire, weather, theft, vandalism, and electrical power surges, to name a few.
Commercial property insurance greatly increases your business's chance of recovering from exposure to any one of these risks, as it may reimburse you for expenses in relation to repairing damaged property, equipment or stock, or for replacing what you’ve lost.
- All risk replacement cost including flood, earthquake, sewer back-up
- Boiler & Machinery/Equipment Breakdown including consequential loss
- $50,000 for Computer Systems, including mechanical breakdown
- Loss of Business Income - profits and rents, extra expense
PROPERTY OF OTHERS IN YOUR CARE, CUSTODY OR CONTROL
If your operations include the repair of clients’ equipment, while their property is in your care, custody or control, you are responsible for any loss or damage to that property. As this property is not owned by your company, it will not be automatically insured under your Building, Contents, Equipment and Stock coverage. As such, our program offers optional coverage for Property of Others in your care, custody or control which provides coverage for damage to property of your clients while in your possession.
CRIME PROTECTION
Crime Insurance is designed to protect your company from the taking of money, securities and other property by an Employee or a Third Party. Our Retail Sporting Goods Program extends coverage to include the cost of Auditors Fees.
- $25,000 Theft by an Employee
- $10,000 Loss of Money and Securities
- $10,000 Money Order & Counterfeit Paper Currency
- $10,000 Credit Card Forgery

- Non-Owned Automobile Liability
- Tenants Legal Liability - $1,000,000 for property which you do not own, but occupy. Covers you against claims of damage due to fire or other covered losses caused by your negligence to premises that you rent. This coverage does not extend to contents or stock.
- Personal & Advertising Liability - covers you for certain unintentional offenses you commit in the course of your business, such as libel, slander, disparagement, or copyright infringement in your advertisements.
