COHA Program Overview

COVERAGE HIGHLIGHTS

This program includes comprehensive coverage for those exposures specific to Oilheat Service Contractors* and their operations.  Coverage highlights include: 

• Sudden and Accidental Pollution Liability 
• Fungi and Fungal (mold or mildew) Derivatives Liability extension 
• Contractor’s Professional Liability (Errors & Omissions Liability) 
• Business Interruption (Loss of Income and Extra Expense) 
• Coverage for property including tools off site

PROGRAM ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for this program, you must be a member in good standing with COHA and have a minimum of three years of experience in the Oil and Heat Industry and/or employ provincially certified oil burner mechanics.  This program has been designed for COHA members whose operations include:

• Installation and servicing of heating systems 
• Installation and servicing of natural gas, propane, or furnace oil systems 
• Residential and commercial work
